Robert W. “Bob” Myers age 90, of Painesville, OH, formerly of Cumberland, OH, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2026 at Concord Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in Painesville, OH. He was born April 27, 1935 in Cleveland, OH, son of the late William Marvin and Margaret Agnes Faux Myers.
He served and protected his nation in the U.S. Army. Robert was retired from Towlift Inc., following 30 years of service. He enjoyed woodworking and restoring classic cars. Robert was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Belle Valley, OH.
In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his children Sandra K. Myers, whom he married September 28, 1957 and who passed January 25, 1989; second wife Judith “Judee” L. Myers, whom he married April 11, 1992 and who passed March 28, 2021; sister Nancy Sennett and brother-in-law Edward Flick; nephew James Flick.
Those left to cherish his memory are his three children Cheryl (Bob) Musca of Lakewood Ranch, FL, Laura (Mark) Mansell of Willoughby, OH, and David (Sandy) Myers of Mentor, OH; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; sister Lois Flick; brother-in-law Richard Sennett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends for a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated on Friday, February 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 223 Main St, Belle Valley, OH 43717, with Rev. Father Thomas Nelson serving as celebrant. Burial will follow in Dudley Cemetery, near Caldwell, OH, where he will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife Sandra. Noble County Veteran Service Organizations will render honors at the graveside. Memorial contributions may be directed in Robert’s Honor to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
