Deborah “Debbie” S. Warner age 67, of Caldwell, OH passed away Monday, March 16, 2026 at her home. She was born July 15, 1958 in Zanesville, OH, daughter of Oliver Hupp of Caldwell and the late Melba Ann Dimmerling Hupp.

She was a 1976 graduate of Caldwell High School. She went on to graduate from Washington Technical College School of Practical Nursing in 1985, where she earned valedictorian status. Debbie worked as a nurse’s aide then an LPN at the Red Carpet Nursing Home. Following her time at Red Carpet she spent 27 years caring for her community at Summit Acres Skilled Nursing & Rehab. She greatly enjoyed working alongside her husband at the Warner store in Summerfield and Stafford. Debbie was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell. Debbie enjoyed visiting with friends and family, reading, watching television and movies and playing with her cat. Shopping and trips with her friends were a great joy of hers.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her husband Walter Dale Warner whom she married January 27, 1979 and who passed away January 28, 2020; brothers Daniel Hupp and Dale Hupp; sister Delores Hupp.

Those left to cherish her memory, in addition to her father Oliver A. Hupp are her step-daughter Karen (Larry) Brooker of Caldwell; step-grandchildren Chelsea (Preston) Brooker of Buckeye Lake, OH, Chasidy (Sam) Hudson of Anderson, IN, Bobby Brooker of Caldwell; step-great-grandchildren Walter, Blaire, Axel and Leah; sister Diane (John) Russell of Caldwell; brother David Hupp of New Concord, OH. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Kelly and staff at the Summit Court Senior Apartments for the care offered to Debbie.

The family will receive friends for a Graveside Service with the Rite of Committal held Friday, March 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Caldwell, with Rev. Father Thomas Nelson serving as celebrant. Memorial contributions may be directed in Debbie’s Honor to the Humane Society of Noble County (PAWS Inc.), PO Box 4, Caldwell, OH 43724. Burial will follow and she will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband Dale.
