Robert Narumiya Obituary
Robert was born in Detroit on May 1, 1967 to the late James and Manako Narumiya. He married Judy on September 12, 2020 at Villa Penna in Sterling Heights, MI.
Robert played football in high school and continued his love of sports throughout his life. He was a decorated bowler, earning his 300 game and 800 series rings. He also enjoyed golfing. Robert loved all sports whether he was watching them on tv or able to enjoy the game at the stadium.
Robert is survived by his loving wife Judy; children, Kevin Piatek and Julie (Rick Maurer) Piatek; siblings, Ernest (Denise), Arnold, Timothy (Cindy) and Patrick; nephew Michael and niece Kristina (Andrew) Smith. He is also survived by sisters-in-law Darlene (John) Howald and Kay (Bob) Eckenrode and their children Christina (Austin) Green, Lizzy Howald and Brooke Eckenrode.
The family honors the memory of Robert and invites you to visit and share memories Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of funeral services at 6:00 p.m. at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Mt. Clemens. Rev. Kathlyn Ruth Nealand, pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Mount Clemens, will officiate.
Memorials are suggested to "Wishes of the Family".
