Robert O’Mara Obituary
Robert, "Bob" age 88, on November 24, 2022, of Downingtown, PA.
Bob loved sports, played baseball and basketball in his early years, and was a fast-pitch softball pitcher in his adult years, he was also an avid golfer. Bob was very social and kept in touch with many of his retired Boeing co-workers and friends. He adored and was very proud of his whole family.
Predeceased by his daughter Christine, his sisters Patricia O'Mara, Frances O'Brien (Charles), Olga Frew (Warren), Rita Gailey (Frank), and his brother Jack (Agnes).
Survived by his wife, Margaret, his children, Robert J. Jr. (fiancé Nancy), Marie Sylvester (Butch), and Joan McGlinn (Colby). Also, his 8 grandchildren, Bryan (Liz), Kim (Curt), Eric (Allysa), Melissa, Jessica, Kyle, Robbie, and Andrew; and his 6 great-grandchildren, Hailey, Logan, Bella, Lucas, Skylar, and Kai. Along with his brother, Jim (Georgette), and sisters Dolores (the late Mickey), Betty (the late Vince).
Relatives & friends are invited to his visitation Thursday, December 1st 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM followed by his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM ALL IN CHURCH at St. Paul's Episcopal Church 1105 E. Lincoln Hwy, Exton, PA. Interment, St. Agnes Cemetery 1050 Pottstown Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.
