Robert Ochab Obituary
Robert was 70 years old. Bob was born and raised in Garfield and had lived in Florida for several years before relocating back to Garfield. He was retired but had worked in his early career for Pathmark Supermarkets. Later he was employed by Bergen County Department of Public Works. Bob was born in Passaic, NJ to his parents, Joseph and Jean (nee Kwasnik) Ochab. Bob played baseball in his younger years and was an avid New York Mets fan. He especially enjoyed being at the Jersey shore and Point Pleasant in particular. Bob is survived by his brother, Kenneth and sister in law, Helen. He is also survived by his nephews, Kenneth Paul Ochab, Richard Ochab and spouse, Katherine, niece, Alyssa Spector and spouse, Mitchell and great nieces, Klara Ochab and Cloe Spector and great nephews, Jack Ochab and Travis Spector as well as many cousins.
Visitation will be from 2-6 pm Sunday, Oct. 23, 2022 at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 515 Lexington Ave., Clifton. Funeral 10:00 am Monday at the funeral home followed by interment at St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack. Visit www.bizub.com to sign the Guest Book
