Greg was a fine young man that I greatly admired and respected. Greg has transitioned from mortality to immortality. He has taken off the garments of corruptible and put on the incorruptible.
To the family may the sweet communion of the Holy Spirit Rest Rule and Abide with you now henceforth and forevermore!

Greg was a senior when I was a freshman on the wrestling team. I was a wide-eyed kid from public school and Greg took me under his wing and treated me like a real brother. He helped me navigate that Saint Charles student-athlete world. He let me help with senior tag and we talked about anything. We liked to talk about conflicting things at the same time like girls and religion, cars and nerf guns, lifting and sleeping. I cherished our relationship, he helped me more than I ever told him. I am deeply saddened by his passing but I refuse to remember him with anything else other than laughter and loud noises!
We love and miss you Big Fella. Rest Easy Greg

I had the pleasure of working with Greg for 4 years at US Bank. He was phenomenal leader, naturally gifted at anything he did and a true pleasure to be around. Greg always pushed to be the best and this made those around him better. There are so many happy and fond memories I will carry of Greg. He had the most amazing ability to make you in a better mood and make you smile. He will be missed.
Praying for his family. May God bring you comfort.

I was sad to hear that Greg passed away. I knew he was sick and I tried to see him when he was up for it.

I am still shocked.

I worked with Greg at two banks, but considered him a friend as well. Greg, was a dreamer and he would always shoot for the next big deal. He worked hard and he will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Ochab family.

I worked with Greg at PNC. He was such a thinker, always thinking. You could tell when in conversation with him that his mind was processing many thoughts all the time. He had words of encouragement when I needed them most during an illness. This is the memory I carry with me of Greg, being my cheerleader telling me I was going to be alright. I had no idea Greg was ill; it saddens me that I did not get to be the cheerleader for him. With my deepest sympathy to the Ochab family I will remember Greg so fondly.

I have many great memories of Greg. He brought so much light and laughter to life. His drive and will to succeed... inspiring. The world takes a loss with his passing. The world may look eerily the same, but we know it is different without him. Praying for strength for his family.

Greg and I met at UD our freshman year. He was always passionate and kind - he was smart, a great friend, and someone who was always there for me. I have so many truly wonderful memories with Greg. I am heartbroken hearing of his passing and pray for his mom, dad, and everyone who loved Greg. You will be missed so much. Love you bud.

I had met Greg at PNC and bonded through common interests and work. He had a huge heart and was there for me time and time again when I was in need. I actually cant think of a time when he wasnt there for anyone in need and that speaks to just how kind-hearted and giving he was. Ive never known someone so full of passion; he could speak to just about anything you put in front of him. I will miss his friendship, his stories, his sense of humor, and the light he was in this world. My prayers are with the Ochab family.

Devastated. I feel terrible I did not even know he was sick. I taught Greg in high school, and coached him in wrestling, Including in the 2005 state tournament. One of my favorite students, wrestlers, and young men I had the privilege to teach. My heart aches for his parents and family and those who got to know him. I am so sorry.

Ochab family, my deepest condolences and prayers are with you. I was one of Greg's wrestling coaches at SC (on my college breaks). His work ethic, determination, natural athletic ability, and -- what I stood out most -- lumberjack strength (I thought he was going to crush my head whenever we tied up!) made him an outstanding wrestler. But what I remember most was the respect with which he treated his coaches, competitors, and teammates. He was a natural leader and a pleasure to coach. I'm so very sorry, and pray for your comfort and healing.

i dont even know what to say.... I cant imagine such a loss and so early in life. I was friends with Greg at UD and some of my fondest memories are of him spending weekends at a time, feeling not at all out of place, in a house decorated in pink with my roommates and I. What a tragic loss, my heart is with you, Ochab family.
