Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral HomeRobert "Bob" Palmer, born on September 30, 1961, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2025. He was preceded in death by his biological father Robert Palmer Sr. and stepfather Rudy Zenker.
Bob is survived by his long-term partner Shelly Powers, daughter Elizabeth Palmer (Lane), mother Ursula Zenker, brothers Rick Palmer and Ryan Zenker, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Bob was born in Jersey City, NJ and grew up in Middletown, NY. He was a mechanic for many years and enjoyed building RC cars and planes in his spare time. He was a beloved member of the congregation at Germantown First Church of God. His jokes and laughter will be missed by many.
Services will take place at Germantown First Church of God, 760 Farmersville Pike, Germantown OH 45327 on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 11am.
