I remember Bob as one who was always willing to listen. For that and so many reasons I respected him. His dedication to the democratic will be held high esteem forever. I will miss him, his stewardship, his council and his laugh. RIP.

It is sad to hear about Bob's passing. When he was chairman of the DuPage County Democratic Party, Bob served on my Executive Board with the Illinois Democratic County Chairman's Association and I met him through that.

I always had great respect for Bob's passion, talent, and hard work to help the Democratic Party and its many important causes. In addition to that, though, Bob was just a great guy who did many good things.

I will keep Bob and his family in my prayers. Alan Pirtle, Glen Carbon, Illinois
