Robert A. Pinter, age 78, of Tomahawk, WI, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at his home, under the care of his family and Aspirus Hospice. Bob was born in Dorchester, WI, on December 7, 1946, to the late Wilfred and Marie (Gadke) Pinter. He was married to Judith Schraufnagel on October 28, 1972; she passed away on October 29, 2015.

Bob attended school in Colby, WI, where he was a graduate of the Colby High School and later attended UW Platteville. In 1967, he was drafted into the United States Army. He then served in the Reserves and, after 9/11, reentered in the Army retiring as a Command Sergeant Major. Over the years, Bob owned and operated several bars and restaurants and worked as a real estate agent. After Bob and Judy's retirement, they were fortunate to spend their winters in Arizona and their summers in Tomahawk on Lake Nokomis. He enjoyed playing cards, reading, and visits to the casino, and was an outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, and gardening.

Memorial services for Robert Pinter will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 12:00 PM, at Generations Funeral Home. Deacon David Bablick will officiate. The family will receive friends for visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of services at 12:00 PM. Generations Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family.
