Robert Pope Obituary
Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 3:00PM in Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with
Bro. Chris Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Rainsville Memorial Park.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 15th from 4PM-8PM & Friday, May 16th from 12PM-3PM.
Dad was a huge fan of Alabama football. He loved mowing his yard and always wanted to be productive. He was still working part time at 76 just to "have something to do". He attended Rainsville Church of God. He spent many days sitting on his back porch and drinking coffee while enjoying nature. He loved his pet cat "Saban" and even let the cat sleep on the hood of his truck on a blanket every night. He was known for his wit and humor and was always polite and kind to everyone he met. He could strike up a conversation anywhere and never knew a stranger. He most of all loved Jesus and went to his heavenly home.
