Robert Irwin Schulbaum

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bob Schulbaum June 13,1927- September 11, 2025. Bob was president of the Alliance of Delray Residential Associations for more than 20 years and also past president of South County Mental Health Center. He served on several County boards as well as Delray Medical Center's Board of Governors. As a civic activist he worked for the people on every level from health care for seniors to smart development of planned communities and County infrastructure. He was a lion when it came to protecting and preserving the Agricultural Reserve. His legacy will live on through the Alliance of Delray Residential Associations which he established in 1993. See photos which sum up the enormity of the man and the civic organization he created. The service for Bob will be held on Monday September 15, 2025 at 11AM at the Beth Israel Memorial Chapel 5808 W. Atlantic Avenue Delray Beach, FL Entombment will follow at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 11520 State Road 7 Boynton Beach, FL 33473.
