Robert Michael Thielen Sr.

Robert Michael Thielen, 66, of Tallahassee passed away peacefully Sunday, September 7th after a long illness. A graveside service will be held Friday September 26th at 2:00 p.m. at Tallahassee National Cemetery, 5015 Apalachee Parkway in Tallahassee. A family gathering will follow.
Rob was born on January 18, 1959, in Hollywood, Florida, to the late Jeanne M. O'Neill and Adam Joseph Thielen, Jr.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Tiffany Marie Donovan, his Brothers Bill and Tim Thielen, his nephew Tim Thielen, Jr. and his parents.
Rob is survived by his son, Robert Michael, Jr, his grandchildren, Preston Cadle, Aribella Li and Trinity Thielen; his sisters Denise Stevens (Quinten), Carol Mamara (Richie), Lynda Pidgeon, and brothers Adam Thielen (Milana), John Patrick Thielen (the late Janie), Peter Stephen Thielen, Sr. (Robin), Terence O'Neill Thielen, Paul Eugene Thielen (Cathy) and James Francis Thielen, Sr. (Beth).
Rob was a US Air Force veteran (Sergeant) and talented furniture refurbisher. He will be remembered for his unique sense of humor and a lover of his Dogs. He was an uncle to some 68 nephews and nieces.
