Robert Kenneth Trask, Jr. – Methuen, MA
Robert Kenneth Trask Jr., 65, of Methuen, MA, passed away in his home on Thursday, March 13th, 2025. Robert was born June 11th, 1959, in Lawrence, MA, and has lived in Methuen for the last 27 years.
As a teenager, Robert enlisted in the United States Army where he was stationed in Germany for 3 years. After separating from the Army, Robert became a Corpsman in the United States Navy and worked closely with the Marines for many years. During this time, he was awarded the Navy Fleet Marine Force Ribbon. He had a love for the United States Military and his experience was something he cherished.
After leaving the military he spent over 25 years working as a Respiratory Therapist in Sleep Medicine in the New England area. He was passionate about his work and helping others. He also enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family. His hobbies included playing the guitar, singing, and doing all that he could to make his family laugh.
Robert was predeceased by his sister Evelyn Scott. He's survived by his father Robert Trask Sr. of Lawrence, MA, his mother Eleanor Boutin of Hartford, KY, his beloved wife of 31 years Ann Marie Trask, his daughter Chelsea Trask and her partner Steve Austad, his son and daughter-in-law Tim and Haley Allbee-Trask, his nephew Shaun Hamad, and several other family members across the country.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Friday, March 21st, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.
