Robert Lawrence Twinn, 89, of Cumberland, died Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at UPMC Western Maryland.
Until his retirement, Robert was the owner/operator and master chocolatier of Roberts Confections on Baltimore Street in Cumberland.
He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, LaVale.
A memorial service will be planned in July on what would have been Robert's 90th birthday.
The Upchurch Funeral Home, P.A., Cumberland, is assisting the family with arrangements.

I knew Robert. At Christ Lutheran Church. As everyone who knew him. This is very sad, to know he's gone. God bless his family and friends! We will miss you Robert. Thanks for our friendship.
