Robert Warnick

Robert William Warnick, 86, of Orem, Utah, passed away on October 21, 2023, in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Born June 27, 1937, in Bell, California, the son of Frederick Wise Warnick and Mary Ellen Daly. He married Carol Julian on November 18, 1960, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, she preceded him in death on July 22, 2022.  

Bob loved reading, writing, traveling, playing card games, and watching & coaching baseball. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he served in many callings and positions, including a 2 1/2 year mission to Toronto, Canada. He was active in politics, holding elected office at the city, county, and state level. Survivors include his children, Gina Rockefeller, T.J. (Erin) Warnick, Daren Warnick; 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Merrill, Kenneth, and Janet. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carol; his son, Anthony; and granddaughter, Mycol Warnick. 

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 26th at 11:00 am in the American Fork 8th Ward chapel, 320 North 100 East. A viewing will be held Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 am prior to the services at the church. Burial in the American Fork Cemetery.
