Robert Eldon Watts passed away on February 23, 2026. He was born on February 3, 1941, to Eldon and Phyllis (Baldwin) Watts, Both of whom predeceased him.

Robert served in the Navy on the USS Northampton (CC-1) . Years of service 1959 to 1965.

He was a 32 year Mason of the Washington Lodge in Manchester and a Shriners clown for a majority of those years.

Shriner's clowning chose joy and laughter with the understanding that healing takes many forms. Often accompanied by his wife Jean, their contributions received by clowning made mercy practical.
