Robert leaves behind a legacy as the loving husband of Bernardine Wittman, a bond graced with abundant warmth and compassion. He was the devoted father of Robert P. Wittman and his wife Cheri, and Brian C. Wittman with his wife Julie, instilling in them values of kindness and dedication. His joy multiplied as he became the caring grandfather to Drew Wittman and his wife Briana, Kyle Beecher, Danielle, Noah, and Nick Wittman with his wife Leah, each grandchild carrying a piece of his gentle spirit.
Survived by his brother George A. Wittman with his wife Margo, and his sister Kathleen Hannon, Robert was a cherished member of a close-knit family. His presence will be profoundly missed but his loving, faith-filled essence will be forever remembered.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 14th 2024, 11AM at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Glen Burnie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Archbishop Curley

Bob was a good man and a great friend. I will miss our Thursday night dinners at Jerry D´s. He was such a loving person who always put his family first. Heaven is definitely getting a good one.
