Robert Zmuda

Robert "Bob" Zmuda 85, of Tinley Park was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Joseph and Harriet (nee Graff) Zmuda and passed away June 9, 2024. Beloved husband of Angelyn (nee Napoli) Zmuda; loving father of Kristine Fassler; proud grandfather of Mark and Brett Fassler; dear brother of the late Rose Wisniewski, the late Joseph Zmuda, the late Donald Zmuda, Anna Nagler, and the late Thomas Zmuda; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Bob was a wood pattern maker for many years before becoming the manager and then eventually owner of Dog'n Suds for many years. Bob was also the owner of Fifth Quarter Tavern in Homewood, Illinois. When not working Bob loved to spend time with family and friends, and also loved playing a good round of golf. A memorial visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way Frankfort, IL on Saturday June 15, 2024 from 10am-1pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Merceranimalrescue.org They are fundraising to expand their operations by purchasing the South Suburban Adoption Center in Homewood. Donations can be made in my Bob's name or the "proud papa to Junior!!"  Junior was rescued by Mercer and was adopted by the Zmuda family.
