Roberta “Bobbie” J. Richard (nee Nicholas), age 80, peacefully entered into eternal rest on October 7, 2025. A devoted wife to the late George Richard, Bobbie’s life was a testament to love, faith, and unwavering commitment to her family.
She was the cherished mother of Jeff (Melissa), Paul (Darla), and Greg (Dana) Richard, whose lives were shaped by her strength, encouragement, and gentle wisdom. Known affectionately as “Grandma Bobbie,” she poured her heart into her role as grandmother to Morgan (Perry), Hailey, Tyler, Liam, Riley, Kendall, Griffin, Deacon, Aubrey, Brenna, and Cole, each of whom brought her tremendous pride and joy.
Bobbie was the beloved sister of Robert (Carla) Nicholas and is preceded in death by her dear sister Patricia Hawkins. Her ability to make others feel welcomed and cared for extended far beyond her immediate family—she was a constant source of kindness, laughter, and support to all who knew her.
A longtime resident of Anderson Township, Bobbie’s life reflected her deep-rooted faith, generosity, and devotion to her church community.
Funeral Service will be held at Glen Este Church of Christ, 937 Cincinnati-Batavia Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45245, on Saturday, October 18th at 11:30 AM. Friends are invited to gather for visitation at the church from 10:30–11:30 AM prior to the service to share memories and celebrate her beautiful legacy.
