Roberta Ogden Obituary
Visitation will be 11am-1pm Monday, January 19, 2026, at the Cornerstone Family Worship, Tonganoxie. Burial will follow in Hubbel Hill Cemetery, Tonganoxie.
Roberta was born June 16, 1935, in Kansas City, Mo, the daughter of Robert and Lavina (York) Hanson. Roberta was united in marriage to Richard James Ogden on October 9, 1953. They raised six children in the Bethel area of Kansas City, KS until they moved to Tonganoxie in 1974.
Roberta was a homemaker and loved big family gatherings, cooking, and baking for everyone. She was also a member of Cornerstone Family Worship.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard, son Richard Wayne, and a granddaughter, Sarah Pape Breuer.
She is survived by her children, Paula Pape (Carl), Connie Reischman (John), Lynn Kerns (Mike), Jim Ogden, and Nancy Pitts (Steve); along with ten grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and one great great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to the Cornerstone Family Worship.
