Roberta Lee Warren returned to the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on June 5th, 2024. She was affectionately known as Fuzz by those who loved her most.
Roberta was born on July 28th, 1941, and raised in Houston, Texas to her parents Bill and Adele Henderson. She was the eldest of four siblings, each of whom she treasured deeply, Garland, Danny, and Ruth Ann.
She met her best friend and life partner, Thomas Lee Warren in 1956 and they were married in April 17, 1957. They had three children, Thomas Lee Warren, Jr; Russell Scott Warren, and Vicky Lynn Warren. Roberta was proud of her faith, her family, and her career.
She was a 7th-generation Texan from the Northside of Houston. She enjoyed gardening, going to the beach, and photography.
Roberta graduated from Massey Business College with studies in Business Administration. She attended the University of Houston to become a Paralegal. She later opened her own business, Secretary Notary. Roberta was among the first generation of women to enter the workforce in the 60's. She and her coworkers smashed the glass ceiling and broke the color line at Sears and Roebuck before women were legally allowed to have credit. She also worked for McGregor Medical and made many lifelong friends along the way.
Roberta Lee Warren is survived by her Brother Danny and Sister in Love, Betty Henderson; her Sister Ruth Ann and Brother in Love, Richard Johnson; her Children, Thomas Lee Warren, Jr., Russell Scott Warren, and Vicky Lynn Martin; Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, Great-great-grandchildren, Family and Friends.
