Robin Marie Bond was born on June 27, 1982 to the parents of Debbie and Ralph Bond in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Robin was two months premature and only weighed 3lbs 3 oz. where she started her preemie life at Children's Hospital in Denver, Colorado. She was the sister to Bryan and Kristie Bond. Robin grew up in Lodgepole, Nebraska on the family farm. She went to school at Lodgepole Elementary, Junior and Senior High School and graduated from Lodgepole High School on May 2003.
Robin was involved in several cooperative community programs in Sidney, Nebraska for Intellectually Disabled adults. Upon the passing of her mother, Debbie Rose Raught Bond in 1993, and Ralph Leonard Bond in 2006, she came to live with her Aunt/Guardian Donna J. Raught in Pueblo, Colorado.
Robin continued her involvement in community-based programs in Pueblo with Colorado Bluesky Adult Services and Pueblo Diversified Industries. She was active in making products through PDI and participated in activities like the Fall Festival Walk and the Bluesky Fashion Show that raised money for their programs.
Robin loved music and loved to participate in dances at Halloween, Christmas, Valentine, and Spring Fling parties with PDI and Bluesky. She continued her life journey by learning to live independently and making decisions for herself with Host Home providers where she had an enriched life with providers Cindy Simon, Erin Davitt, Jamie Low, and Elizabeth House.
Robin succumbed on April 18, 2025 at approximately 4:00 p.m. leaving her brother Bryan (Sasha) Bond, her sister Kristie (Chris) Vanthul, her Aunt Donna J. Raught, her nieces Petty Officer Second Class Dustie Nicole Bond USN, Codie Michelle Bond, and Lily Kegan Bond. She had a Great Aunt Loretta (Hugh) Yates and several cousins and many great friends and caretakers. Robin is in the loving hands of our Lord along with her Mother Debbie Bond, Father Ralph Bond, Grandparents Stella and Melvin Raught, and Bertha and Leonard Bond. Robin will be greatly missed by her family and friends as we celebrate her life at Christ the King Catholic Church in Pueblo, Colorado on May 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. with luncheon to follow at the parish hall. May she be raised up on eagles wings!

Robin was the daughter of my cousin, Ralph Bond. She was very dearly loved and supported thruout her life by her parents, grandparents, and siblings and her dear Aunt, Deborah Raught. She will always be a part of my memories and my heart. Rest in peace, sweet Robin.
