Robin Van Houten, 65, of Centerburg OH, died Wednesday August 31st, 2022 at his home, in Centerburg.
Robin was born February 28, 1957 in Mount Vernon OH to Robert L. Van Houten Sr and Wanda J. {Sears} Chandler.
He graduated from Fredericktown High School in 1977.
He married Melsha (Scott) on November 17, 1995.
He was a factory worker for many years as well as construction and various jobs. He enjoyed fishing, and more fishing, camping, family get togethers, Ohio State football, Cleveland Browns football, which he debated with family. He enjoyed family and friends and long talks with nephews. He would give popsicles and candy to the kids in the neighborhood.
Robin will be deeply missed by his wife, son Robin Lee Van Houten Jr; mother of Mount Vernon; brothers Greg (Barb) of Fredericktown OH, Robert of Oakland CA and Bret (Barb) Van Houten of Mount Vernon OH.
Robin was preceded in death by his father, sister Debra O'Brian.
