Robin Lee Voak, 54 of Magnolia DE passed away on January 9, 2025, at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, PA surrounded by her loving Family.
Born in The Dalles, Oregon she was the daughter of Robert and Coletta Vignal. On Nov 16th, 1991 she married Eric J. Voak while serving in the United States Air Force at Barksdale AFB LA. Together they enjoyed 33 years of love for each other. They started a family and raised 3 beautiful children as her role transitioned from serving her country to a military spouse, she embraced her role and worked tirelessly to make a family home no matter where the military service took them. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother to her children and she was their greatest advocate and protector. Later in life when her kids started leaving the nest Robin became a neo natal ICU nurse at Bayhealth Kent Campus. During this time, she also worked to obtain her bachelor's degree in nursing from Wilmington University. She loved caring for her NICU babies and creating friendships with the people she worked with.
Robin is survived by her biggest love, Husband Eric; her daughters Rachel (Carl) DeRollo and Shelby (Nicholas) Amato; her son Carlton Robert Voak and his Fiancé Skylar Stockton; her grandchildren Adah DeRollo, Rachel Amato and Amelia DeRollo; her parents Robert and Coletta Vignal; Her sisters Karen Dean, Annette Thomas and Toni Johnson; her Brother Bruce Vignal; her Mother and Father in-law Carlton and Claudette Voak.
Robin's compassion, love and gentle spirit left a positive impact on the world and everyone she met. May her memory bring joy and comfort to those who mourn her passing.
