Robyn June Newbold, wife and mother, passed away on September 6, 2025, taking her smiles and laughter with her.
She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1960 to Bobby and JoAnn Howe, the youngest daughter of three. Robyn graduated from South High School (1978) before attending Southern Utah State College and graduating from Utah Technical College with an Associates in Accounting (1985).
Robyn married Kerry Ray Newbold in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple, Utah on August 26, 1983. They were blessed with four children, Charlene Rae Newbold, Willam Grant Newbold, Jacob Bennett Newbold and Joshua Bennett Newbold, and three grandchildren.
Robyn is survived by her husband of 42 years, Kerry, daughter Char, son Grant (Mandi) Newbold, and three grandchildren Oliver, Jacob, and Carter. Also survived by her parents; her siblings Rick Howe and Cindy Marlowe, and mother-in-law, Ramona Newbold. Her hugs will never be forgotten.
Robyn was preceded in death by her two sons Jacob and Joshua, and father-in-law, Nephi Raymond Newbold.
Robyn enjoyed traveling and going on adventures, wherever the wind blew her. She took particular joy in traveling with family and friends, always willing to go somewhere “just because it’s there.” Places traveled to included Europe, North and Central Americas, and most recently the Mediterranean. Travel on, Mom, we’ll catch up later. All who participated enjoyed her company, laughter, and adventurous spirit, and she will be missed.
