Mr. Parrish was born December 20, 1956 in Phenix City, AL, son of Q. Paul Parrish and Bobbie Glenn Whittaker Parrish. He was in construction and carpentry and in his spare time enjoyed shooting pool and playing darts.
Rocky is survived by his children, Brian Parrish and Matthew Merneigh; four sisters, Gail Clark, Lynn Golden, Melani Morrison, and Angela Pigman; a brother, Joey Chandler; his aunt and uncle Tiny and Don Helms.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Scarlett Gabbard.
