Roderick Hubbard, 58 years of age, made his heavenly transition on Saturday, August 16, 2025. He was born September 25, 1966, in Chicago, Illinois, to Louise Carruthers Hubbard and the late Clarence Hubbard, Sr.

Roderick was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Paducah. He was formerly employed as a prep cook at Cracker Barrel restaurant. He was also employed at Kroger.

Roderick was a man who enjoyed having fun. He loved his family and friends, but he especially enjoyed spending time with older female friends and texting people late at night. He enjoyed the simple things in life, such as his daily shopping trips to the grocery store and taking his mother around town to pay her bills.

Preceding him in death were his father, a sister, Dionne Hubbard, and a niece, Takreasha Hubbard.

He leaves to cherish his many memories his Mother, Louise Hubbard; his Brother, Clarence (Monique) Hubbard, Jr., both of Paducah, KY; Six Nieces, Monique Hubbard, Monica Hubbard, Dallissia Hubbard, all of Crockett, TX, Kei''Mocia McCauley, Mikia Taylor, Courtney Shumpert, all of Paducah, KY; Four Nephews, Corey Hubbard, Jim (Zenita) Carruthers both of Crockett, TX, Antoine (Ashley) McCauley of Louisville, KY, Michael (Tanesha) Shumpert of Paducah, KY; Special Great Niece, Nyla Poston; Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.
