Rodney Glenn Cunningham

Rodney "Corky" Cunningham, 73, of Mechanicsburg, Ohio passed away on January 9, 2025, in Marysville, Ohio. He was born on December 17,1951 to Roger "Corky" and Beverly Cunningham.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Phyllis Cunningham; two daughters, Stacy Alspaugh (Larry Carroll) and Cerenda (Dustin) Priddy; a son, Greg (Kirsten) Fleming; a sister, Linda Peck; nephews, Michael (Jennifer) Peck, Cyrus (Heather) Peck, JD (Wendy) Cunningham; niece, Marissa Hallock; as well as numerous great nieces and nephews; his grandchildren, Sawyer and Cooper Fleming, Jenna (Marcus) Foster, Megan Alspaugh, Cambrie and Maleigha Priddy; and his best buddy/granddaughter, Molly Carroll who will always remember the special bond they shared; great grandchildren, Brooklynn and Walker Foster and Charlie Wiseman-Fleming.
Corky had his own business, Cunningham's Heating and Plumbing (Mechanicsburg) for many years in which he worked very hard to ensure his family was provided for. Since he was able to set his own hours, he was able to see the kids off to school and attend their sporting events. He was not a man of many words, but his presence was big. Later in life he became more of a Free-Spirit and along with that came the more relaxed Corky we most recently knew. He enjoyed watching most sports, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes, the Cleveland Browns and Nascar.
He is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Carly Fleming; brother, Randy Cunningham; a nephew, Corby Cunningham; a brother-in-law, David Peck, as well as his parents.
To honor Corky's final wishes there will be no funeral services. He has elected for cremation. If you choose the family welcomes donations to help cover the expenses associated with his cremation. They can be sent directly to the funeral home or call (614)532-5012.
