In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Rodney Neil Duggins, Jr.; and siblings, Ruth Head, Clyde Duggins, Virgie Clark and Alice Horsley.
Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Ann Duggins; son, Mark Duggins, daughter; Pamela Meier; seven grandchildren, Amber, Josh, Ryan, Megan, Cybelle, Josh and Kandy; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Sorgho. Visitation is from 2 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday and after 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Heartford House, Hospice of Western Kentucky, 3419 Wathens Crossing, Owensboro, KY 42301.
