How do I even process these emotions I feel right now, and put them into words? As much as it hurts, I will try my best. From the moment I met Rodney Grant in 1996, I knew right away that he would be there with us for the long haul.
I trained him on his first job at Day International working the Double Apron Line #1. Rodney was a special kind of co-worker, one who could learn any task quickly, and excelled at everything he was asked to do.
For close to 30 years, I had the honor and the pleasure of working with, and getting to know, a great friend. Through all the highs and lows over the years, he stayed true and held the course. Rodney... you will be terribly missed my friend.
To Rodney's family and friends, I'm so sorry for your loss, and I pray for comfort and peace to you during this terrible time.

I was very saddened to hear of Rodneys passing. Although I had only know him for a brief time as a coworker, he always treated people good and wouldn't hesitate to lend a hand. A very genuine individual whom I had great respect. Deepest condolences to the family. Gary Carter
