Rodney J. Modisette, 44, of East Peoria Illinois, died on February 14, 2023, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born on December 3, 1978, in Houston Texas to Merri (Ormsbee) and Joe Modisette.
Rodney is survived by his mother Merri Modisette of Morton; daughters Olivia (9) and Savannah (7) Modisette; their mother Kathryn Modisette (41) of Washington; and Father-in-Law/Replacement Father Michael Fazio of East Peoria.
Rodney was an enthusiast of all things German, especially their cars, food, and beer. His life-long love of cars guided his career and he quickly rose through the ranks to become a BMW Master Technician, and then Shop Foreman. He enjoyed making beer, cooking delicious and extravagant meals, racing remote control cars, and most of all, spending time with his daughters. He was a smart and caring man, who touched many hearts in his brief time on this earth.
A celebration of life will be held for him on Saturday, March 11th, from 1 to 3pm at the Lindenhof in Peoria, Illinois. The Lindenhof is located at 7601 N Harker Dr, Peoria, IL 61615.
