Roger Lee Brown

Roger Lee Brown, 64, of Boss, Missouri, passed peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. He was born on August 18, 1961, to the late Janet (Lowery) Brown and Stanley Roger Brown. Originally from Nebo, Kentucky, Roger lived a life marked by independence, simplicity, and a deep love for nature.

Roger is survived by his two children, Michelle Moore of Robertsdale, Alabama, and James Brown of Rochester, New York; five grandchildren, Langdon Moore, Hunter Moore, Colton Moore, Rocky Adcock Jr., and Goldie Brown; and two great-grandsons, Weston Moore and Preston Moore.

Roger kept his circle small, cherishing time spent with family and a few close friends. Those who knew him remember his adventurous spirit in his younger years. As he grew older, he found peace in quiet moments, enjoying nature, riding his four-wheeler, spending time at his favorite river spot, and relaxing at home in the company of his beloved cats. Many people will also remember Roger as one of the best mechanics around, always willing to lend his skills and knowledge to others.

In honoring Roger's wishes, there will be no formal services. He will be cremated, and his ashes will be spread in the places he loved. Roger was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
