Roger Wayne Callaham III

Roger Wayne Callaham III, affectionately known as "Handsome" tragically departed this life on Thursday, March 5, 2026. He was born to Roger Wayne Callaham, Jr. and Selena Puscas on November 7, 2001. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roger Callaham, Sr. and Doris Callaham; and his cousin, Marissa Bachelle.

Roger played little league football at an early age and proudly wore his dad's football number "25" after his passing. He continued his football career at Liberty High School and graduated from there in 2020.

Handsome was a loving, caring young man, to know him was to love him. He was a true outdoorsman and camo wearing country boy. He loved to fish, hunt, listen to music, or just sit outside by the fire pit. Roger lived his life carefree and never let anyone's opinion affect him. He was always an adventurous person and he feared nothing. During his lifetime, Roger developed a deep bond with his favorite little cousin, Julian whom he referred to as "Doo Doo Man." Together they enjoyed bike rides, playing video games, sitting by the fire pit and doing things that boys would do.

Roger was the true definition of a mama's boy. Since the passing of his dad, Roger, has been his mom's protector. He was always ready for some "Sweet tea" (code for messing somebody up) if needed. He developed some special friendships which grew through his two favorite hobbies fishing and hunting. Roger and his friends just enjoyed a fishing trip together a few days prior to his death.

Roger will truly be missed by many. Left to cherish his memory are his mom, Selena; his two beautiful sisters (as he often called them), Amaya and Anessa; his grandfather, Joe (whom he called "Pops"); his grandmother, Tina; his two favorite little cousins, Julian and Kingston; his aunts: Nicole (Rashaud), Makela and Kenisha. He also leaves behind his cousins, other family members and devoted friends.
