Roger Carroll Obituary
Roger Dale Carroll, 72, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at his home. He was born on December 8, 1950 in Laconia, Indiana, son of Robert and Ollie Carroll. Roger was a retired union construction worker and was a dedicated person. He enjoyed music, playing his guitar, a western buff and loved a cold drink with his friends.
In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Carroll; twelve siblings. He is survived by his sons; Roger Dale (Trampus) Carroll Jr., Jody Carroll; 5 grandchildren, Jamie, Roger, Brandy, Kimberly and Jaxton Carroll; 6 great grandchildren, Mia, Xavier, Preston, Patience, Nyila, Ryder; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation on Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 4-8pm at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130. There will a service held on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 12pm with more visitation before from 10-12pm at Scott Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Otterbein Cemetery in Laconia, Indiana.
