Roger Wayne Cybulskis

Roger Wayne Cybulskis, age 30, of Grand Rapids / Newaygo MI. passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 4, 2022. He was born on February 17, 1992, in Grand Rapids, to Edward and Robyn Tofferi Cybulskis.

Roger had a gift to lead, and that even included his family, whether they liked it or not. He loved spending time at the cottage, otherwise known as the compound, with his family and friends, so much that he wouldn't leave. This summer Roger learned to paddle board, had great days playing basketball and grilling out with a bottle of cheap whiskey in his pocket. Roger loved to cook, or overcook, as those close to him often said. Fishing with his father and friends brought him great joy. From when he was a little kid riding on his bike to being an adult cruising around on the four-wheeler, he was always active and loved the outdoors. He loved the beauty of nature and would often find flowers on a hike, which he picked from the root to replant for his sister, Dallan. Roger loved fiercely. He took care of anyone who was around him and would have stepped in front of a bullet for a complete stranger. He had a love for art and music (so much so that he was always playing it. Loudly.). He was always creating. If it wasn't tattoos, it was his apartment. His imagination and creative mind would never stop. He had his own sense of style which included Air Jordans, Air Jordans, and Air Jordans, as well as a shirt and fitted hat to go with each pair.



Roger had a large, diverse group of friends, who he always wanted to be around. He never judged anyone and welcomed everyone with open arms, especially the pretty girls, including Dallan's best

friends.



He is survived by his mother and father, Robyn and Eddie, his sister, Dallan, his Auntie Lita (Godmother), her wife Cathie, Uncle Russ and Aunt Tonni, cousins Joe, Nick, Jesse, Caden, Lexi, Brittany, Brianna and Jason and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was proceeded in death by his grandparents George and Shirley Tofferi, Vitolds and Chesa Cybulskis, his namesake Uncle Roger Tofferi, and Uncle Viktors Trepins.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at St. Peter and Paul's Cemetery, with a reception to follow at The Mitten Brewing Company.
