Roger Anthony May, 63, of Shenandoah, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025 at Journey's Crossing Assisted Living in Elkton. He was born May 7, 1961 in Harrisonburg and was the son of Paul Robert May of Shenandoah and the late Marie Shifflett May.
In addition to his mother, Marie Shifflett May, he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Janice Lee May and a brother, Gary May.
Roger was a member of the Redeemed Brotherhood which is a Christian Biker Group which he loved being a part of. He was a member of the Shenandoah Assembly of God Church in Shenandoah. He worked for Walmart as an Electrician Maintenance Technician for many years. He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
In addition to his father, Paul Robert May, he is survived by his son, Nathan May of Elkton; brother, Jason May; sisters, Diana Pence and husband, Ray Lee of Shenandoah, Kellie Dearing and husband, Mickey of Elkton; a sister-in-law, Rose May; grandchildren, Oakleigh May, Willow May, Aspen May; special brothers, Winston Dean and Leon Lantz.
A Funeral Service will be conducted 11 a.m., Monday, March 3, 2025 at Shenandoah Assembly of God Church in Shenandoah with Pastor Carter Dean and Bob Johnson officiating. Burial to follow at 2 p.m. at the Singers Glen Community Cemetery in Singers Glen.
Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m., Monday, March 3, 2025 at the church prior to the service. Family and friends are welcome at the home of his sister, Diana at any time.
