I served with Roger on the W.S.Sims. He was always in good spirits and had some fun times on liberty together. Fair winds and following seas. Rest easy shipmate we have the watch.

Sincere Condolences. I served with Roger in the Navy and managed to keep in touch with him through Facebook. He seemed to really enjoy life and it was a pleasure to have known him
