Mr. Mills was born December 13, 1955, in Trion, GA, son of the late Russell and Mary Jo Cain Mills. He was employed with Power Utilities as a lineman and was a member os Sardis Baptist church. Mr. Mills loved hunting, fishing, and working on cars.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Hugh Mills; and a granddaughter, Destiny Kimbrough.
Survivors include a daughter, Missy (Robert) Kinney; grandchildren, Tyler (Emily) Noles, Jasmine Kimbrough, and R.J. Kinney; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Mills will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 20, 2025, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Westmoreland officiating.
Mr. Mills will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Thursday.
