I was saddened to learn of Roger's Passing. I knew Roger through the Va. Beach Fire Department. He and I worked together a few times, but we knew each other when we were volunteers. He was one of a kind, and he will be missed by many of us in the Va. Beach Fire Department. To his family, please know how well thought of, and respected he was in the fire department, and all who knew him. Rest in peace my friend.
