Roger was born in Yonkers, NY on October 2,1952 to Richard J. and Icie G. Nicholson. He attended Yonkers Public Schools and graduated from Saunders Technical School in 1972. He also attended Westchester Community College and earned an associates degree in drafting in 1975. He was a parishioner of St. Augustin Church and 1st Baptist Church.
Roger married Margaret Peterson in April 1990. They lived the rest of their lives in New Rochelle, NY. He worked at Home Depot in New Rochelle for 20+ years before retiring in 2020. Roger loved music, older shows and movies.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret and sisters, Rita Nicholson and Karen Woods. He is also survived by nieces, Valerie Nicholson and Kristen Woods.
Arrangements are entrusted to Ruggiero & Sons, Inc. Funeral Home & Cremation Service - 732 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704. Services will take place privately.
