Roger Dale Shoffner

Mr. Roger Dale Shoffner, 74, of Lancaster passed away Thursday, November 7, 2024 at his home. He was born April 16, 1950 in Burlington, NC, a son of the late Billy Clifford Shoffner and Vera Jackson Shoffner.
Mr. Shoffner retired from Duracell after 25 years of service. He loved the outdoors and spent his retirement years hunting and fishing.
A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Shoffner will be held Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 2 p.m. at the Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tim Larrimore officiating.
Mr. Shoffner is survived by his wife, Anita H. Shoffner; four sons, Dale Shoffner and his wife Jennifer of Mooresville, NC, Mark Shoffner of Hickory, NC, Scott Shoffner of Orlando, FL, and Brandon Shoffner and his wife Laci of Lancaster; one step-son, Ray Garrison and his wife Courtney of Lancaster; one step-daughter, Heather Garrison of Lancaster; one brother, Kendall Shoffner of Oakland Park, FL; one sister, Annita Dugan of Seymour, TN; four grandchildren, Braylee, Lauren, Nate, and Ayden; four step-grandchildren, Carson, Rhett, Kylie, and Levi Moree; and one nephew, Anthony Dugan and his wife Wendy of Seymour, TN.
The family will receive friends at the home of Roger and Anita.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner's Hospital at 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29609.
