Roger Watkins Obituary

He was employed as an Engineer for Bell South and also served in the National Guard for 20 years, prior to his retirement. Mr. Watkins was a Licensed Professional Counselor with an EDS in Counseling from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He served as a Pastor at various churches near Double Springs, Alabama. He loved helping others and was instrumental in starting Christian Place Mission in Nauvoo, Alabama.
Preceding him in death were his parents and a brother-in-law: George Curley.

Step-Daughters - Ginger Ballard Boyd, Falkville, AL

Sister - Nancy Watkins Curley, Dadeville, AL
Eleven Grandchildren
