His life in eternity will be filled with endless joy and ours with a huge hole.
Ron loved to travel with his wife of 56 years and had visited most of the 50 States in America.
He attended Northwestern University.
Ron owned and operated King's Home Furnishings for 55 years.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia; daughter, Andrea (Alan) Woods; son, Derek (Kelly) King; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren and a brother, Ray King.
Ron is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Ora Lee King and a brother Hoyt King.
Memorial visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, March 5, 2021 at Peterson & Patch Funeral Home 408 N. Sheridan Rd. Waukegan with the memorial service to follow at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private.
In Lieu of flowers donations in his name may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, www.shrinershospitalsforchildren.org.
