Ronald “Ron” Earl Biggers was born in St. Mary’s Hospital in Roswell, NM, on September 22, 1946. He passed away on August 18, 2025 at Casa Maria in Roswell. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nancy H and John O Biggers. He graduated from Roswell High School in 1965, and was one of the first graduates of the Oil Field Training Center at ENMU-R. Early on in life, he worked for a number of years in the Student Advisement Center at ENMU-R and at TMC bus factory in addition to various sales positions. In his later years he found great satisfaction doing lay ministry. He participated in mission trips to Panama and to Juarez, Mexico. Ron found great purpose in leading Bible study at the the Roswell Detention Center, and most recently as the founder of Main Thing First. He was a devoted member of Christ Church in Roswell.
Ron is survived by his son, Bradley R Biggers, of Albuquerque and his brother, Randall and his wife, Ursula, also of Albuquerque.
There will be a memorial service in honor of Ron on Thursday August, 28, 2025, 2pm, at Christ's Church Youth & Children's Center, located at 2200 N. Sycamore Ave. in Roswell, NM.
