He is survived by his Brother, David (Lavetta) Blain of Elizabethtown, KY, Sister, Connie Johnson, Son, Dylan Hollin, Son, Tristan Hollin, Daughter, Brandy (Jared) Clark of Santa Rosa Beach, FL, Daughter, Emily (Justin) Vincent of Bardstown, KY.
