Anthony Scott Blain

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely passing of Anthony Scott Blain, who left us on March 6, 2026, at the young age of 19. Born on April 29, 2006, in Virginia, Anthony grew up in Virginia Beach, where he blossomed into a charismatic and compassionate young man who touched the lives of everyone he met.

Anthony was a proud graduate of Landstown High School, having finished early in 2024. Dedicated to his education, He started college at ECPI immediately after graduating high school. He was known for his kindness, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a ride to those in need. Balancing his passions for airsoft, baseball, and video gaming with his love for family and friends, he lived a life full of joy and shared laughter. He was a true sneakerhead, Wawa guru, and had a flair for fashion that reflected his vibrant personality.

Traveling was a particular joy for Anthony; he cherished trips to the Philippines and Spain, soaking in the culture and experiences that each destination offered. He is survived by his fathers, Scott Blain and Mitchell Hoffarth, and his mother, Zylina Cheong. Anthony also leaves behind three brothers, four sisters, his cherished grandparents, and a host of cousins who will forever hold his memory close. He is preceded in death by his granddad and uncle, whose spirits remain with us as we grieve.

Friends and family are invited to join in celebrating Anthony's remarkable life. A Memorial Service will be held at Princess Anne Chapel on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM, where we will honor the kindhearted soul that Anthony was.

Flowers are welcome or donations may be made to the Salvation Army to continue Anthony's legacy of helping others. We will gather to remember a son, grandson, nephew, cousin, brother, and friend who taught us the importance of kindness and living life to the fullest. You will be missed, Anthony, but your spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
