Ronald J. Buda, 74, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare.
Born on December 9, 1946, in Utica, Ronald was the son of the late Joseph and Josephine (Podzielinski) Buda. He was a 1964 graduate of Notre Dame High School. On May 17, 1969, Ronald married Monika S. Adamczyk in Holy Trinity Church. He worked as an assembler at General Electric for many years.
Ronald is survived by his beloved wife, Monika; children, Stephen Buda and Karin and Jamie Fitzwilliams; granddaughter, Lyndsey Fitzwilliams and sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Chet Badura.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Church of the Sacred Heart & St. Mary, Our Lady of Czestochowa. Family will receive guests after Mass. Interment will be in St. Stanislaus Bishop & Martyr Cemetery, Whitesboro.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Ronald's name may be made to the Maynard Fire Department. Envelopes will be available at the Mass.
Ron's family would like to thank the Maynard Fire Department for the care given Ron over the years.
Arrangements are under the direction of Kowalczyk Funeral Home, 470 French Rd., Utica.
