Ronald 'Ron" James Buerschinger, of Oconto Falls, passed away on Monday, February 10th, 2025. Ron was born on April 4th, 1943 to James and Elenor Buerschinger in Green Bay, WI.
Ron graduated from Preble High School in Green Bay, WI. He joined the Marines from 1962 to 1967 and served for 4 years.
He married Carol (Knapp) Buerschinger in October 1965. They shared 14 years of marriage together and they had two children: Kim (Buerschinger) Rude and Brian Buerschinger.
Ron enjoyed fishing in all seasons, as well as watching race cars.
He is survived by his daughter, Kim (Bruce) Rude; son, Brian Buerschinger; grandson, Logan Rude; and his nephew, Tomas Baudhuin.
He was preceded in death by parents, Elenor Buerschinger and James Buerschinger; his sister, Nancy Peterson; and his daughter-in-law, Crystal Buerschinger.
The family will hold a private memorial at a later date.
