Ronald P. Clatterbuck, known as Ron by his friends and family, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025, at the age of 70, in his hometown of Media, Pennsylvania. Born on November 21, 1954, in Media, Ron spent his entire life in the town he loved, surrounded by the community that cherished him.

Ron was a devoted family man, treasuring the moments he spent with his loved ones. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Denise M. Clatterbuck, who was his partner in life's journey and with whom he shared many precious memories. He will be deeply missed by his daughter, Marie Clatterbuck (Dan), his son, Richard Clatterbuck (Chelsea), and his adored grandchildren, Autumn Fabuien, Peyton Hladasz, and Adam Clatterbuck. Ron's role as a father and grandfather was one of his greatest joys, and his guidance and love left an indelible mark on their lives.

Ron's passion for life was evident in his hobbies and interests. He was a familiar face at car shows, where he would spend hours admiring the craftsmanship and sharing stories with fellow friends. His love for classic cars was more than a pastime; it was a way to connect with friends, spark conversations, and create lasting memories.

Wildwood, New Jersey, held a special place in Ron's heart. He cherished his free time at the shore, where the sun, sand, and sea provided a serene backdrop for relaxation and family fun. The trips to Wildwood became a family tradition, one that Ron looked forward to every year, and one that his family will remember fondly.

Ron's presence in Media was a constant one, and his absence will be felt throughout the community. He was a man of integrity, kindness, and humor, with a smile that could light up a room and a sense of humor that could defuse any situation. Ron's ability to make others feel valued and heard made him a friend to many and a confidant to those in need.

As we say goodbye to Ronald P. Clatterbuck, we celebrate a life well-lived-a life filled with love, laughter, and the pursuit of happiness. Ron's legacy will live on through the stories shared by his family, the memories cherished by his friends, and the impact he had on his community. He was a beacon of light in the lives of all who knew him, and though he has left this world, the warmth of his spirit remains.

Ron's life will be celebrated in a ceremony, where his family and close friends will gather to honor his memory. As the seasons change and the years pass, Ron's memory will continue to be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who were privileged to know him.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Ron's life at Cavanagh-Paterson Funeral Home at 43 E Baltimore Ave in Media on Thursday Sept 18 with a Visitation from 6PM to 7PM followed by a Service at 7PM.
