GARDINER - Ronald Fredrick Cloutier, born in Augusta Maine on August 3, 1950, to Fredrick and Elaine Cloutier. A devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and friend to all who knew him, passed away on November 5, 2025, surrounded by the family he loved so deeply.
Ronnie was a man full of love, laughter, and heart. He spent 56 years with his beloved wife Darlene, the love of his life and his partner through everything, their love story was one of a kind built on loyalty and a lifetime of memories together. He was a proud father to his daughters Carlene and Charlene who were his world. Ronald loved his family more than anything and nothing made him happier than spending time with them, cracking jokes, making everyone laugh and bringing joy wherever he went. Ron had a sense of humor that could brighten anyone's day, sometimes mischievous and completely his own.
He was predeceased by his parents, Elaine and Fredrick Cloutier and sister, Donna Furlong.
Ron is survived by his wife Darlene Cloutier and brother Ken Cloutier, two daughters, Carlene Robbins and Charlene Tolson, four grandchildren, Tomi Minchin, Breanne Purington, Autumn Klemmer and Nick Reynolds and three great grandchildren, Madeline Farrington, Sage, and Graham Klemmer.
He will be deeply missed by all those whose lives he touched with his love and laughter. Ronald's memory will live on through the smiles he gave us, the jokes he told and the love he shared so freely. Though he may be gone from our sight he will never be gone from our hearts. Rest easy, we'll keep laughing for you.
There will be no services at this time.
Arrangements and guidance are in the care of Staples Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 53 Brunswick Avenue, Gardiner, Maine.
